Terms of Use

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms apply to all apps and websites from Everyday Frames ("we", "us", "our"), together the "Services". By downloading or using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Using our apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may use the apps to create content for personal or commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the apps themselves, except where the law allows it.

2. Your content

Everything you create with our apps is yours. We don't claim any ownership of it, and because it stays on your device we don't have access to it. You're responsible for your content and how you use it, including:

  • having the rights to any music, images, video, fonts or other material you add;
  • getting consent from people you record, and following the laws where you record and publish;
  • following the rules of any platform you share to.

Built-in stickers, frames, fonts and other assets in our apps are licensed to you for use in content you create with the apps. You may not extract them or redistribute them on their own.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to record people without permission where the law requires it, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the Services or anyone else's use of them.

4. Free features, purchases and subscriptions

Our apps may be free to download with optional paid upgrades. Free versions may include limits or a small watermark. Paid options may include auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly or yearly) and one-time purchases. The current options and prices are shown in each app before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
  • One-time purchases unlock the features described at the time of purchase for as long as we continue to offer and support the app.
  • Use Restore Purchases in the app to get your purchases back on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID.
  • Apple handles all billing and refunds under its own terms. To request a refund, visitreportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Prices may change. If a subscription price goes up, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Changes to the Services

We update our apps regularly. We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering an app. If we remove a feature that was a key part of a paid subscription, we'll try to give you reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on, or let you use, services from other companies, such as Apple's system features and the apps or platforms you share to. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The apps, websites, designs, names, logos and built-in content are owned by Everyday Frames or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights in them apart from the licence in section 1.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Services, without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they're provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recordings or exports will always succeed. Please keep your own copies of important content, for example by saving it to your Photos library.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Everyday Frames won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

11. Apps downloaded from the App Store

If you got an app from Apple's App Store, Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreementalso applies. These terms are between you and Everyday Frames, not Apple. In addition:

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps.
  • If an app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Apple isn't responsible for claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
  • You confirm that you're not in a country subject to a US government embargo or on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the apps. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 7, 9, 10 and 13, survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll give you more notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
